About me
I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Calgary , where I have been working on the development of complex behavioral change in epidemic models alongside Rob Deardon and Alexandra M. Schmidt. My research interests focus on Bayesian inference (both parametric and nonparametric), with an emphasis on modeling and computational techniques for complex or correlated data, mostly in the contexts of infectious disease modeling and spatio-temporal disease mapping.
Research interests:
- Bayesian inference;
- Biostatistics;
- Clustering;
- Computational statistics;
- Random partition models;
- Spatio-temporal models.
